Resident Spotlight: Ed “The Cowboy” Finds His Way Back to the Ranch

Meet Ed, affectionately known around Adeo as “The Cowboy.” A ranch hand and painting business owner by trade, Ed’s life was forever changed after a serious injury in his twenties.

A New Beginning

at Stephen’s Farm @Adeo:

Ed discovered a renewed sense of purpose through caring for plants and assisting with the garden at Adeo. But his true heart found its way home when he began volunteering at The Broken Spoke Ranch. There, Ed reconnected with his lifelong love for horses, helping tend fences and care for the ranch animals.

Impact:

Today, Ed’s spirit is revitalized. His journey back to the ranch symbolizes the power of resilience, healing, and the profound effect of reconnecting with personal passions.

Stories like Ed’s are a testament to Adeo’s mission—helping each individual rebuild their life through meaningful engagement and community.
