Adeo is a long-term assisted living community for survivors of traumatic brain injury (TBI) who value interdependence and connection. Our residents stay an average of 12.6 years, reflecting the supportive environment we provide.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diagnosis of brain injury

• 18 years or older

• Brain injury occurred prior to 65th birthday

• Require long-term support services at a level typically provided in a nursing home

• Meet financial, medical and program criteria to access services under a waiver

• Must complete and pass a tenant screening

• Eligible for Colorado’s Brain Injury Waiver

  • Potential resident must be approved for the wavier before move in date
